I have some in interesting good news for you today. The opinions have changed over the years and is seems that most all health professionals agree that coffee may be good for your health. However, several concerns here. I don’t want to burst your bubble when you drink your 20-ounce latte with whole milk, a sweetener and added favors. That is not what is met by drinking a cup of coffee that is healthy for you.
The latte below looks appealing and has a great taste (vanilla spice latte), however, it may not be a healthy coffee choice!
